Highly recommended moving company!!! Flat Rate is the way to go. – Flat Rate moving team did an outstanding job. I had so much stuff and they didn't complain--just helped me with everything I needed. They came prepared and their mission was to be efficient, kind, and get the job done, which they did. Honest & Experienced Movers – This was our second time using Flat Rate to move and we plan on using them again. The crew was so courteous and polite. They exercised extreme attention to detail from wrapping up all our furniture, to packing up the miscellaneous items that we forgot to pack, to labeling everything for inventory that needed to go to storage. This move was very stress free considering we were doing what we thought was a difficult move - from a 2nd floor walk up in Los Angeles to 4th floor walk up in San Francisco. The salesman and the crew were great and worked very efficiently. They took great care to ensure that nothing got damaged during my move. Everything worked out great. Great company – I recently moved from NYC to Los Angeles using flatrate moving. To my surprise, It went flawless. I never expected such a good experience with a long distance move or even local. On both ends the movers are friendly, courteous and non-threateneing. Nothing broke, nothing missing. I was hesitant at first because the initial price sounded higher than other quotes but from all the scary stories I've heard I decided to go with flatrate and it was worth every penny.
