Great job on my LA to NY move. – After reading all the reviews on movers on this site, I have to say I was left feeling a little clueless. One person has the BEST experience ever, and the next one has the WORST ever. Most recomended mover. – I've moved within Los Angeles a few times before and each time was a nightmare: the $500 estimate was $1500 by the end of the move, the movers were intimidating thugs... you just couldn't win, so the act of moving because something to be "dealt with" vs. "done." Phenomenal moving service – Phenomenal! From the lady who answered my very first call to the movers and packers...they all worked extremely hard, professionals, smiled and were very polite! When they arrived in my new house, they asked me where I want to put my stuff, and it was all for the same FLATRATE as they originally priced it. No extra fees or hassles! THE EASIEST MOVE IN MY LIFE. – I can't be happier with Flat Rate's performance. The crew was AMAZING!!! They treated my things as if they were their own. Nothing was damaged and they set up my bed in literally a couple of minutes! AMAZING!!!! I was moving to a 2ND floor walk up and I never heard a gripe or groan from anyone on the crew! AND they were working in a great pace!!! This move could not have gone any better! I will use flat rate for all my moves!!!
Great moving experience!!! – What distinguished flat rate from the rest in my opinion was honesty and frankness. I looked at a number of movers before deciding to move with flat rate . The peak of best service! – I went in for a quote and came out set with everything in the shortest time. Everybody is happy to help and are extremely polite. I dont know why these people here are saying that flatrate has bad service, its so not true. The actual moving went on as planned everything went well as planned. Flat fee but will damage your belongings – I used Flat Rate Movers twice. The first time the experience was good when I packed myself, the second time I paid them to pack and unpack for me. What a huge mistake. They were very sloppy and careless in the way the packed my belongings. The packed fragile items unprotected and did not wrap my furniture properly. Moving company that makes your move painless. Most recommended. – This was my second move with Flat Rate Movers, and it was absolutely painless. The movers were very professional, fast and friendly. They had all my furniture out in 2 hours, wrapped everything carefully. At my new house, everything was set up exactly the way I wanted. It was the best experience I ever had. Really happy with Flat Rate – My husband and I used Flat Rate. We tried them on a recommendation and of course were interested in the concept of "flat rate". I was quoted the rate based on my own detailed account of what things we had to move.
