Good Company – Moved from a two bedroom apt. Price was good. Saleperson was knowledgeable & followed up on my move. Movers came 15mins late but they called me first to let me know. That was ok. The easiest move ever – I was very skeptical in hiring a moving company, because my last experience was so horrible. However, Flat Rate stayed in great communication via email and phone about our inventory list and move date. Expensive but Worth It!! – Expensive prices compared to other moving companies I called. But I chose Flatrate because of the guarantee price & quality service. The sales person was friendly and answered all my questions. I felt reassured not to worry about my stuff. The move was awesome!! The men knew what they are doing. And FAST!! Wow. Best in the Business – Moved three times. This is my third moved. My first two moves was with different companies. They quote you a price but you always ending up paying more for this or that plus something always goes wrong broken things etc.... Best Movers – It was really easy. I called many companies, but only FlatRate gave me a GUARANTEED price. The Dispatch called me to confirm the details two days prior to my move.
