Great Experience – I used Flat Rate when I recently moved out of my apartment. They were excellent. The quoted me a solid rate and were very professional during the actual move. The movers were very friendly and handled my stuff with care...nothing broke!!! Top to bottom this was a good experience.
One Flat Rate, no surprises at the end of the day. Very good & polite Movers ��� This was my best moving experience ever. Flat Rate Movers were all very professional, courtious and very helpful . All of the movers had good attitudes and worked well together. We had many very heavy and expensive pieces and were pleasently surprised with the amount of care taken to ensure everything was moved without any damage. I recommend this company to everybody. Fantastic customer service and moving crew – I had a wonderful moving experience with Flat Rate Movers. As much as I hate to move I never thought that would be something I would say. But, the movers were very professional and worked quickly and got my move done in only 3-4 hours. Julio, Jaun 3, Omar, and Rigoberto did a WONDERFUL job and if (hopefully not too soon!) Great moving service!!! – I appreciated the promptness with which a representative contacted me once I asked for more information (24 hours). The follow up via phone and email was also really friendly and helpful. The movers did a tremendous job. They were fast, careful, and friendly. They packed our belongings in 2.5 hours and unpacked them in 2 hours. It was a great relief knowing our move was being handled in such a professional manner. It made moving 400 miles a breeze.
