I have used Flat Harry's a number of times now and the service is first class. They are always there to help and no job is too small for them. A great find.
Booked a bike fit session here, as my new bike was feeling not quite right. Chris did the most unbelievable job over 2.5 hours, fine-tuning the key contact points by a few mm and a handful of degrees, the combined effect of which was amazing. His knowledge is incredible and his professionalism off the charts. Well worth the money and I will deffo be back to spaff more money on kit!
My mechanic of 10+ years recently retired. I have struggled to find a good team to support my passion (or is that obsession). A top bike shop recommended Flat Henrys. I am so so glad they did as they are fantastic, on every level - service, knowledge, experience etc. They will always go out their way to help, big or small issue. And very nice team too.
