Activewear floor B really need happier staff to be fair. Both days I came in the whole vibe just wasn't welcoming feels so dainty and no welcome or how can I help just so silent and a right face on the staff not even to ask how your day is going just the little things make a difference no good from the outside walking in!

Very sad to see no one working on the Benefit department. Today Flannels lost £56 of my money from staff just sitting in other departments, having to wonder find staff, not knowing anything about Benefit. Too many staff stood in Flannels or sitting doing nothing with no customer service skills!
My sisters and I visited the flannels store today, my sister Sara wanted a new perfume and after smelling a lot of different ones around the store the department that stood out was the creed area. Sarah, Paris and Pierce made us feel like queens, a glass of bubbly and laughter and giggles made our experience absolutely perfect. Kindness, friendliness and chitter chatter was the best medicine and we will definitely be back x
Wow , the staff in the perfume department are the best , Sarah , Paris and Paige . We were made to feel more than welcome , comfortable. No hard sell . We were just 3 sisters on a weekend break to Leeds , yet felt very important. Seats for us and bubbly. A great group of friendly people , doing their job . Thankyou
