PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! I had hired them to replace my thermostat and they came and rather started inspecting my furnace and try to sell me a maintenance plan. I did not receive the service that I had called them for. Their technicians looked at the new wifi smart thermostat that I had purchased and simply didn’t know how to install the new wifi thermostat so they wasted my time inspecting the furnace.

Flame installed our furnace and A/C 9 years ago. We have been Gold Plan members since then and have been conscientious about getting our semi-annual heating and cooling inspections. This week, our technician found a problem with the secondary heat exchanger in our high-efficiency furnace. The Flame service department called early the next day to arrange an appointment to have the part replaced. The part was under factory warranty, although we did have to pay the labor charges. All the technicians were very helpful with our thermostat problem, they were polite and knowledgeable about our problem but Louis was the one that fixed the problem. I would recommend the gold membership that they offer. Flame also installed our Lenox furnace about 15 years ago and have maintained it every year to keep it running with no problems. Thank you Flame.
