Leroy Jackson was very professional even down to putting shoe coverings on as he entered my home. He thoroughly checked my A/C and made the necessary repairs. I would refer Flame to all my family and friends. Thanks 😀
Their sales pitch was great...lots of promises of how they're different/better than the others. However, the installation fell way short of the expectations they set. There appears to be a big disconnect been the sales person (Tom) and the team of installers. Now I'm left with partially functioning equipment and have to pay additional $ to get it back to where it was before the new AC. In hindsight, I wish I shopped around more and took their proposal with more skepticism.
