So appreciated the extra effort of my FLAME team in this Covid 19 time: they covered up with shoe covers, gloves, and masks, and kept extra social distance. They cleaned up completely and despite the trying times we are dealing with, they were all in exceptionally good humor. Will definitely stick with FLAME for future HVAC needs.

They were the nicest well manners gentlemen I have seen in a long time. Very polite. First thing they did was lay down a tarp so they wouldn’t get my floor dirty. They worked on putting a new furnace in and hardly stopped till they were finished. Kept my granddaughter entertained and all. Thank you so much and keep up the excellent work.
My husband and I are both retired and on fixed incomes and with the covid-19 having an affect on everyone our resources is even more limited. Our furnace went out and the cost was more than we expected but the kind hearted manager cut our cost so that we were able to get the repair done. Also our service man Leeland was awesome he was courteous, professional,and informative. Thank you again
