Received great furnace repair service from Curt Schroeder this morning. At approximately 8 am we received a call from FLAME indicating that their technician would be out within an hour. We also received a phone call, followed by a text w/Mr. Schroeder's photo advising us of the time he would arrive. He quickly troubleshot the issue and fixed the problem. I would definitely recommend flame. They replaced my furnace after a nice 36 year run of my previous one. They were punctual and did a great job. The techs were very polite and answered all my questions that I had. I shopped around a bit and they were very competitive with the price of my new furnace. Overall very good experience and I will recommend them to family and friends.

My boiler does not ignite on it’s on. The pilot switch has to be moved to on. The repairman did not do that step.
As promised FLAME responded very quickly when our 20+ year old Furnace failed. They were able to provide heat in less than 24 hours and complete the installation of the new furnace within 2 days. They were great with providing every detail of their timeline and in communicating when they would be coming to our home.
the service, the quickness of response to get someone out here to get my heat working. also thank you for bringing us 2 heaters till we were able to get heat. every person that came to my house was professional and answered any questions we had. we received pictures of each worker before they came to are house each day.
