"Dr. Sue" has a wonderful bedside manner and made my wife and I very comfortable with her care and concern for our new baby. She has made us feel like we were very important at all times and we've always left the office with a warm, happy feeling. She continued to ask if we had any questions and reiterated that if we thought of any questions, to call her office. I look forward to having our child cared for by her and her staff.

No, they were on time Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? A few, but not too many

We moved here from Davenport Florida, we thought that we would continue to use our primary care physician from there, but had a need to see a doctor quickly, and was referred to Dr. Flagel. We scheduled an appointment and was seen quickly. What a breath of fresh air. He was personable, caring, and listened to our needs, We have since transferred the entire family records to Dr. Flagel and are so happy to have him care for our families medical needs.
