I live in Iowa and Dr. Flagel was our family doctor before he moved to Florida. We all miss him so much and my mom actually cried when he left. He was an amazing doctor and I really felt that he genuinely cared about my family and I. I have not found a better doctor since he has left. We would always get right in and out at the office and never had to wait to see him. He is very kind hearted and he made us feel so comfortable in his presence. Before moving to Florida, Dr. Flagel was my family doctor in Iowa. He is the best doctor that I have ever had. He is genuinely concerned about the welfare of his patients and expresses a tremendous amount of empathy. There were many times when he went above and beyond his call of duty as a doctor by lending his ear to my concerns and offering positive feedback. Dr. Dave provided care for my family in Iowa, prior to his move to Florida last year. When I first met him I had just given birth to premature twins and he was the new doctor replacing my retired physician. His gentle manner and positive demeanor quickly assured me he was the right person to care for my family. He always took the time to listen to me and my concerns, and worked with me to find a workable solution. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I absolutly love this office and the staff as well as the doctors! I am 30 years old and finally found a doctor WHO CARES!! Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Absolutely not! I was seen right away! Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring Did this provider have bad breath? Not at all, I didn't notice a smell. Is this provider's business conveniently located? Sort of, but its pretty far away from everything

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.
