I came to see Dr Flagel for my child's cough and runny nose. She ended up telling me my husband & I needed counseling because my child was crying. He definitely did not want to be in the doctor's office, he was sick and it was nap time - why wouldn't he be crying??! I was very disappointed. Instead of addressing the issue we came there for, she insisted on telling me how dangerous my child's behavior was and how we needed to show him consequences. Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

Fairly Easy Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Yes, there is a definite trend of overbooking here Did this provider show attention to detail? No, I was afraid they were going to forget something important

Does this family doctor use current and safe equipment? Yes Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Does this provider treat every client equally? Was this provider's staff friendly? Not Really Does this family doctor use current and safe equipment? Fairly current Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely Not! Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else! Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? No, it was obvious the staff didn't think he/she was qualified

Everyone at Flagel Pediatric and Family Medicine is wonderful. They go above and beyond to help my family. As long as they are here they will be our doctors we could not ask for kinder or better doctors in our area.

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed?
