Do not go here the office is now ran awful. I have 5 family members that have gone there for two and half years now and we are all leaving. They do not bill your insurance correctly, make appointments correctly, and are very unprofessional. It truly is so sad that Dr. David Flagel passed away.

My husband and I LOVE Dr. Flagel! He listens and really does his best to help us with any questions we have. We feel like he really cares about his patients and he listens to their concerns.

Yes, they went above and beyond Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this doctor's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep Did this doctor answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes

Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely, the customer is always right here Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! This office is the best I've ever gone to. I've visited many doctors before and always felt like I was just a customer and nothing more. The Flagels make it a point to get to know you and understand your needs. They go out of their way to help their patients as well as helping in the community. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I was completely at ease during my appointment here.
