Absolutely Horrendous Service – Avoid at All Costs If you value your time, sanity, or basic human needs like heating and hot water do NOT use Call Fix. The engineers themselves were polite and seemed competent, but the customer service staff on the phone were utterly useless and dishonest. Had a recent visit from Andy at Fixx for a boiler leak. Was arranged through my insurer. Andy conducted himself professionally and and was very helpful. He got to the bottom of the issue and explained to me what it is. After repairing this he ran a test to ensure all is working smooth before leaving. Very grateful to Andy. Thanks again

Just had Ryan from Fixx Ltd to sort an electrical issue at my mum’s house. What a great guy - so pleasant and helpful. Without any prompting he explained what can be done by home owner to deal with this type of fault. Your tips were great, Ryan.
