The receptionist is really rude. She is incredibly unhelpful and speaks in a very condescending manner. I asked her to not speak to me in such an aggressive way and she responded incredibly adversely to this. She needs to find a career where she doesn't have to interact with the public - it's as if every conversation is an inconvenience to her!
