Van was amazing from start to finish! I punctured my back tire on an e-bike when on my commute home and Van was able to quickly get me back on the road. Couldn't recommend him more highly!
Van came to the rescue when I was struggling with a very stubborn new tyre. Friendly, professional and knowledgable he will now be my go to person for bike issues and fixes. Miles better than the collect and drop-off service I’d used before.
Van is fantastic!! Not only is he a lovely person but sorted out 3 bikes that had been sitting outside for over a year and in desperate need of tlc within two hours. [And we didn’t have to haul them to a shop!] Reliable, efficient and with great advice on top of the service and repair- I can’t rate or thank him enough. I would give him 10* if I could!
Outstanding service, with transparent and reasonable pricing. And very friendly too! We'll be using in future for anything bike related, and will be recommending to others.
