James was amazing with helping my daughter overcome her very deep rooted fear of needles. She developed her phobia from being a toddler (now gown up), so when she finally had to have bloods done recently, it all went as well as it could. Excellent therapy and would highly recommend.
After deciding that talking therapies were not for me, I turned to hypnotherapy and James for help. The results are amazing, and so fast! It’s such a gentle way to eradicate the demons of your past and make you feel like the happiest version of you. I have got my mojo back! Thank you James!
I have had two sessions with James now and arranging the second one was no trouble at all with getting it booked in and he was familiar with my previous session which kept it personable. I was never ‘put under’ as you expect to be and was guided and felt so comfortable about trying to overcome my fear.
