I couldn’t speak more highly of the 2 chaps that came to sort the storm damage on my property from CR Smith. Not only were they professional & friendly, but cleaned up after they had completed the work. Would not hesitate on recommending.
Replaced a burst window pane last year, window will not properly close now and catches and they also chipped the vaneer finish. Got them out again and said because it over 12 months (just over) they will not rectify and not sure if they can fix it and they would charge me hundreds of pounds to fix. They also was unable to fix a window lock without a lot of work as they do not stock that lock type anymore. I will never purchase windows or get CR Smith to come again to fix
