Horrendous experience, a month in and still awaiting repairs. No communication at all unless I initiate it and am rudely told that ‘they’ll call me…’
Put my car into Fix Auto over a month ago and work still not completed. When booking in I was told that if I put the car in at the end of Sept work would be completed shortly so agreed that a courtesy car wouldn't be necessary. I have phoned twice within a fortnight now that work has been taking longer than expected to get a courtesy car and told there is none available. Really poor service and lack of communication
Repair work was done promptly and to a high standard. Kept informed all the time. Would recommend.
Great work Repairs done well
This week I had the rusty sliding door on my sprinter replaced and the guys did an excellent job. No fuss, very quick, very courteous and couldn’t do enough to make it all very easy. This coupled with the fact that they are very, very competitive with their labour charges will make me definitely return and give them more business.
