I've submitted the web form for a quotation. The day after I decided to ring and I was told in order to get a quotation I should pay 30 pounds in advance. This will be removed from the invoice if you decide to go forward. Can you imagine going to a garage and you are asked for 30 pounds in order to tell you what is your problem with your car? We are talking about Crawley and regular cars.

Shocking just shocking. They took months to collect then months to repair. It was raining and i could not see the paing. I later went out and i noticed runs of paint on the door edges.You cab still see the shopping trolly dings in the front door. Runs of paint on the rear arch and they had not finished the job. I still had damage to wing and front arch. Car reg N729EMA

Kept up to date at every stage from the courtesy car drivers, estimators, and office staff who were all friendly. Work was completed in a quick turnaround and car left in a clean condition when received back.

Insurance company chose this bodyshop after a no fault prang from behind. I'm super impressed, the car was filthy when they took it in (who wants to clean a dented up car eh?). Communication was excellent, they arranged an MOT when I realised that it would expire whilst it was in the shop. Returned the car to me spanking clean and you would never ever know it had a prang. Courtesy car delivered and picked up exactly when they said it would be, and happy to come to my workplace to do the handover.
