This platform is utterly useless - a total waste of money. Ten years ago it was fine.
Fivenights are impossible to contact. I have sent three messages which have not been answered and the phoneline seems to go straight to answerphone.
I've been with this site for a couple of years. It has never given me any problems, I have found great tenants very quickly, and have never had cause for complaint. The whole concept is super. The only thing that was pointed out by one of my tenants is that it should really be called Fournights! Which, to be fair, is understandable.
