Very friendly and kind , highly recommend 10/10
Gave us a shampoo as treatment and it was getting worse .when we called they said its an allergy reaction that the dog is having so they didn’t do a proper check up to see what’s actually wrong
Had problems with these lot and one of my Rottys years ago they failed to spot one of the worst cases of hip dysplasia telling me he was hopping around becuase he was still growing he had to be put down months later due to the wrong diagnosis and recently had to get a bully chipped the woman I dealt with (who was polite and courteous I might add )asked to go along with the government and vet scheme that would save me money they left it till the deadline ran out ( I only phoned them a week before so bad timing on my behalf bu... read more
Neutered cat - very good service, thank you very much
very poor service. unfriendly, rude and impatient staff, un-empathetic, wanted to charge extra for medicines they were unable to specify what it was and if it was actually needed. Only interested in money, would NOT reccomend.
