Just had a very detailed and thorough Asthma review with Abbey. 10/10. Couldn't fault it.
Really badly managed practice. Impossible to get an appointment. Have been waiting for over 8 weeks on a few different occasions without even being able to book a visit. Not sure what receptionists are there for as they can’t even book you an appointment. It’s a joke.
Utterly shocking that the 'online' prescription service closes by 11am on some days. The service has gone backwards. Booked telephone appointments also not kept.
Updated from a 1 star due to frustration with the booking system to a five because Every staff or doctor i have met here have all been lovely. And have had same day appointments aslong as going through the proper channels.
If I’m not being given potentially fatal medication when I have asked if it is safe to take, then I feel like my concerns are being dismissed. Be cautious here; some doctors may not be as knowledgeable as they should be. Make sure to double-check everything for yourself and ensure they are fulfilling their responsibilities. I strongly advise against seeing a Dr. Kempson; I found him to be completely incompetent. Update : Turns out he retired the same fortnight I asked medical negligence to investigate him..
