This company was amazing at first (since they worked with me getting a vehicle,) but after that. All down drain. I call, and call, and call, and I get no response. Took forever for me to get my original keys (still never got it.) and now I have to pay for something that they didn’t check, and it’s my fault. CRAZY! I should’ve have known when I read the reviews. It’s sad because I am a great customer, just looking for great customer service. I hope they change!

Jacob Johnson aka JJ are the best about business and will make sure you are satisfied whether they have to bring your car from another dealership to their lot or to your job.. No hassle he wants you to drive off with what you want... The manager and finance dept. will go over and beyond to make sure a deal is done.. Our salesman, Mark Ridolfi is excellent. I always buy my vehicle from Five star ford stone mountain, and by far this is one of the best salesperson I have experienced. He stayed the course with us as patiently while we navigated the purchase of our vehicle.
