Michael Allen was the best!! I went in looking for my first car & I told Mr. Allen everything I wanted from the color to the year to the specifics of the interior. He helped me look at plenty of good cars that fit my qualifications until I found my 2018 Chevy Cruze! The car is perfect for me & Mike was the best person that could’ve sold it to me. Great experience at Stone Mountain 5 star ford. Their salesman Mark was very knowledgeable, helpful, and timely throughout the whole process. Compared to a lot of other dealership experiences, Mark made the process very easy and even worked with me via text to ensure that I was comfortable and confident with the overall deal. Bought 2020 Ford Explorer ST on 8/27/20 on 10/1/20 car left us stranded 400 miles away from home was assured when I spoke with Mr. Alexander from dealership last night this would be handled first thing in morning. It’s 2 pm I’m Florida and 3 in Georgia, NOT A WORD. Scared to drive car because of its behavior last night. Will NEVER do business with this dealership. During these crazy times I am often amazed at the things that really irritate me! If you have a Ford, please think very hard before you use the service dept. at Five Star Ford. I believe in giving 2nd chances but the 3rd time I am DONE. For 3 times in the past couple of weeks I have had an APPOINTMENT to have simple service work done- an oil change & tire rotation. Absolutely the single worst experience I have had with having car work done. Covid or not, my car sat on their lot for 3 days before I got a response from someone who wasn't even at work that day... Left hand doesn't have a CLUE what the right hand is doing. Excuse after excuse after excuse. MAN splianning at it's best. Condescending attitude from JOSH the Service Manager. Got a discount and something done for free, to appease me... Whatever. Unless this is your only choice, RUN TO THE NEXT DEALERSHIP.

Dawn Bowers was a terrific sales associate. She took care of me (as well as did Michael, the general manager) before, and during the purchase. They made sure I was able to purchase the truck I wanted (transfer from middle Georgia). Even more important, Dawn continues to take care of me after the purchase. Kudos to Five Star Ford Stone Mountain! I would buy from Five Star Stone Mountain every time I need to purchase a vehicle.
