RecommendedGreat experience this weekend purchasing a new 2020 Explorer. Worked with Andrew and Mike. Andrew was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was quick to share all the bells and whistles with us. Then we signed papers with Mike who was professional and eager to make us happy. Our experience was so good when we ended up buying a brand new F150 too! Signed papers with Aaron the next day who was also very professional and had everything ready to go when we walked in the door. I highly recommend Five Star Ford. Go see Andrew!

Trust and believe I was not expecting to drive off that lot that day with a brand new 2019. Agent Micheal T. Allen Jr was helping me read a car fax on a car I had from US Auto, then asked me to come have a sit at his desk to see if we could get me into another car. World class customer service. Linda, went above and beyond to help make sure that I was taken care of and even assisted in making sure my ride back to the dealership was handled. The members of the service team were also very helpful and answered any questions or concerns I had.
five star Fords purchasing process was great. they are eager and willing to get you in a car. After the purchase is when it gets sketchy. Utilizing their service department is full of unprofessional techs, lots of time consuming issues, simple directions are unable to be followed, lots of time needed for simple repairs and services, the lack of professionalism courtesy and care make their service department a substandard place. My husband and I both traded in our 2014 4runner and 2006 F-150 and got new vehicles from here last night and we are so happy with our experience. The have had my car for 6 weeks now and every time they call me to pick it up it’s not done! It’s a 35$ Uber or Lyft ride and I have a 1 year old child as well who I do not care to expose to 98 F heat ....
