Recommendedthe sales person Michael T. Allen Jr. was so helpful and not pushy. He did everything in his power to help me get into a car after I started having problems with mine. I work hard and needed a vehicle and he even brought it to me. The customer service skill were the best I have ever had
my car required service and Hunter Fikes was exceptional at assisting me.
The service dept should receive a -5 stars. Their customer service skills are 0, their follow up skills are 0. Hold times are awful. Return calls do not happen. Cars stay in service way to long. New resident here, brought in my truck, I’ll NEVER be back. I suggest you find a new dealership. (I’m not writing this because of cost, all my issues were warranty work) In reading the reviews below, there is not any positive about service. Maybe a call to Ford is in need.
Came to the dealership today and had Cedric help me on my car that crapped out on me so I decided to go with a trade and Tyrone helped me out with that. They are both wonderful people and in the end I’m leaving with a new 2019 Ford Escape S. You can say I’m one happy customer and will come back again.
Without a doubt Jacob Johnson. he made my car purchasing experience a pleasure. Simple and hassle free. His professionalism was outstanding. Definitely coming back for the next one.
