Michael helped me get the car I wanted and quickly arranged to have it shipped to me. I bought the car at 1PM and it was in my driveway the next day at 11AM. I would recommend Five Star Ford Stone Mountain.

man what i went to five star ford didn't think I was going to be able to get a car and guess what Jacob Johnson got me a brand new 2020 with only 14 miles. with a lifetime warranty. man yall better get up to five star ford in sneville and get a car from Jacob johnson

First, my experience here purchasing the car 5 years ago was horrific, lies to from the start, especially when it came to purchasing the warranty and financing. Today we brought the car in for a oil change, we received the car back (still on the lot) shaking and knocking and was given the car back like nothing was wrong. We questioned the dealership on this and they stated that they did nothing but change the oil. @SharonMeekins and @HunterFikes were able to get me the part the had eluded everyone else I have worked with in the dealership for over a year. It was a recalled part so really appreciate the two of them going the extra mile.

Five star ford has the worst organized service department. My car is basically being held hostage at Five Star Ford Stone Mountain until "maybe tomorrow morning" for a diagnosis on a problem they caused after it was in the shop two days ago. We dropped it off yesterday. The reason it's taking so long? "There's a lot of work today." And they can't give me an accurate idea of how much longer this is going to take. And forget about a loaner car, those are basically mythical.

Customer service was unparalleled! They made the experience so easy and stress free from start to finish. My salesman and the manager were both very professional and courteous. They have the best prices in the Atlanta area and they were able to get me a good interest rate plus rebates. 10/10 recommend. I love my Escape!
