We stayed in July, 2012. This is the second time that we ve stayed in a rental home managed by Five Star Beach Properties. I am always impressed with their homes and service. We had the concierge take care of all of our needs prior to arrival. They also called to check on us and make sure that everything was perfect. The owner also got us a deal to play golf at Regatta which was nice. I will be using them again soon!
The rental company was very friendly and helpful in booking but the house, Sil Vous Play, was very poorly maintained. When we checked in a little late because the house was not ready yet, the inspector asked me to sign off on any damages to the house. I told her I wanted to look first. She responded that everyone has renter insurance so it doesn t really matter anyway. Wow! The Maison Par Leau was excellent. The staff was great. The Property has all the amenities of home. The whole family was amazed at how beautiful the Condo was on our arrival. The pool area was extremely nice. The Tiki Bar right on the Beach came in real handy. Five Star rating from everyone in the family. will definitely stay here again. Oh yeah Wal-Mart right across Hwy 98 was a big plus.
Stayed at the Maison de Soleil. Everyone we dealt with was great. The house certainly made the family vacation a memorable one. The house did have some things that need attention but they were aware of that. It was nothing that detracted from our vacation. We have never stayed in a house like this on vacation and I am definitely a fan. I will do this again and will try to use Five Star Beach Properties because they did everything promised and I wouldn t worry about any property I rent through them.
The Sea Princess is an excellent 5 Star vacation rental! David and Marla were awesome in helping us secure the Sea Princess and even let us check in early to accommodate our early arrival. With children in tow, this was an unexpected bonus and a sign of the superb customer service we received throughout the week. From service to accommodations, this was truly a 5 star experience. The house is spectacular with a gorgeous view and comfortably fit my entire family of 18 for a family reunion. Thank you for a memorable time!
Everyone appreciated the large bedrooms and bathrooms, having 3 laundry areas, and well-equipped kitchen. Great family vacation house!

Great house with a great sound system. It needs iPod docking capabilities, however. Great pool and hot tubs.
