Just returned from a week at Casa Blanca in Destiny by the Sea. The house was wonderful, the beach was amazing and the folks at Five Star were absolutely awesome to work with. I spoke to several people with Five Star and they were all extremely accommodating with all of our requests. The grocery concierge service was great, everything we requested was at the house and put away. Beach service was was very prompt and convenient. More like 1 star beach properties, they were rude and the house had dirty plates and a dirty pool when we got here. Then, on the second morning we get a knock on our door telling us that we have been evicted for having some empty beer cans on the porch from the night before and because our chaperone had left to get breakfast meaning that we were technically unattended (we are all over the age of 21). Our stay with Five Star Beach Properties was great! From booking to the day of check-out. Misty helped me with everything I needed from start to finish she was wonderful. The house was beautiful, clean, and more perfect than we could of expected (like she told me). The beaches and community were just as great. We had four families a total of 17 in our house and there was plenty of space and privacy. I can t wait to come back, already looking into planning for next years vacation!
This was our second year staying at one of these properties and we have had amazing trips two years in a row! The staff provided everything we needed and the homes (Villa Royale and Bella Vista) were both beautiful, clean and more than enough for the 11 of us who travel together. We highly recommend either of these properties and would assume all of the properties available through Five Star would be just as great! Thank you for the memories!
Just returned from a Spring Break vacation and stayed at Caribbean Paradise in the Caribe neighborhood in Miramar Beach/Destin. The home was beautiful and made for great accommodations for our group of 10. The lower level was a great place for the group of friends to stay together. Five Star Beach Property Management had great communication prior to our stay. They checked in during the stay and followed up after.
Our stay at Le Sable Chateau was everything we hoped it would be. The Five Star staff is excellent--they were prompt in resolving any issues and went above and beyond the call. The home itself is even nicer than the pictures, and the location is perfect for large families. It feels secluded while being right in the heart of everything. We would definitely recommend this place.
I ve spent the last 20 years vacationing in seagrove/seaside/grayton beach area. Santa Clara is a terrific house with a good location across from beach access.
Beautiful house that is even better than the pictures. The elevator was really nice for the grandparents in the third foor master suite. We had 16 people (10 adults and 6 kids) and we had plenty of room and more than enough bathrooms. Great location, great amenities. Note: Pool is not heated, so do not expect to swim in the winter months.
We stayed in a Five Star Rental Aug 11th - Aug 18th 2012 and it was wonderful, everything was beautiful and we will use them again
