Feeling Good Again Seaside in Seaside, Florida was the place my new husband and I chose as our family accommodations for our destination wedding as well as our ceremony and reception venue. Shauna at Five Star Beach properties went above and beyond during the entire process (a year before our stay) and even offered advice on other wedding vendor recommendations in the area! My family recently stayed at two Five Star Beach Properties: Hollywood and the Grand Villa. We had a wonderful time and the homes were amazing. There were a couple of small issues but they responded quickly and everything was resolved. If we ever visit Destin again we will stay in one of their properties!!
We stayed at Los Suenos in Destin, which is managed by Five Star Beach Properties. It was a wonderful experience and the house was so much more than we expected. Extremely clean and had everything we needed. Check in was so easy and the little minor things we needed maintenance for was taken care of right away. The whole staff was so friendly and pleasant to deal with. Our family was 23 people all under one roof and it was perfect. Will definitely do again through Five Star.
We stayed at A Wave From It All in Grayton beach, and our experience couldn t have been better. It was a brand new home stocked with everything we could have needed. There was a welcome gift waiting for us when we arrived, and the concierge assisted us in getting a pack and play delivered. We were steps from the beach, The Red Bar, and the views were amazing. We rented Lune Lac for the week of my daughters wedding. Perfection is the word used over and over again of the entire experience. We never wanted to leave and will remember the week FOREVER. Sunday to Sunday rental is the ONLY SUGGESTION we would change - :)
We rented Hollywood and the house was perfect for the number of guest. However, Hollywood could use some improvements. The rugs in the living room and dining room are stained and need replacing. We were told by Tony who met with us on arrival that the propane tank was full but was totally empty when we went to grill !!!! This is not the five star service that I thought I would be getting. When you call Five Star, you are told that they don t know how soon the tank can be replaced, so we had to do it ourselves. Very dissappoi... read more
We had a great time. House was wonderful and staff was excellent, we would come back to this home in the future and also go thru five star gulf resort.
We rented Dream Weaver the week of our daughter s wedding - the perfect home for entertaining family and friends throughout the week. This home is spacious, beautifully decorated and the views are breathtaking. The Five Star Staff could not have been more accomodating - numerous calls from the staff throughout our stay to ensure that all of our expectations were being met. Five Stars to Five Star for their excellent service! First time vacationing in the Santa Rosa Beach area but it won t be the last!
