I had been struggling with persistent lower back pain for a while, and after seeing Niamh, I noticed such an improvement within days. She took the time to really listen, explained everything clearly. The exercises and hands-on work have helped reduce my pain and get me back to normal training. I feel much more confident in managing my back now. I’d highly recommend Niamh to anyone she’s professional, friendly, and effective.

Niamh is really great! Really knowledgeable and has really helped me! Following pregnancy I have really suffered with Plantar fascitis. I was in so much pain when I first met Niamh and after seeing a number of other health professionals I was being to believe recovery was not on the cards. It is a journey to recovery but Niamh has and continues to be really invested in helping me, her confidence and knowledge in the treatment needed gave me the reassurance I needed. Waking up not being in pain feels great! Thank you.
