Recently I visited Niamh for persistent shoulder pain. She was very effective and in depth with diagnosing and treating my discomfort, as well as following up with suggested exercises. Highly recommend.
I honestly can’t recommend Five Physio highly enough! I’ve been lucky to have both Chloe and Fiona looking after me — they are not only incredibly skilled, but genuinely caring and attentive. From the moment you walk through the door, you’re greeted with a smile by Dawn or Sadie on reception, who instantly make you feel at ease. The whole team go above and beyond, and it truly is the most welcoming and professional physio practice I’ve ever experienced. They’re simply the best!

I have been visiting 5Physio at Great Dunmow for sometime now for ongoing issues. Niamh is fantastic, I can’t recommend her enough, she’s extremely professional but has the right balance to make me feel comfortable and relaxed.
