Ordered a simple sliding door wardrobe to fit a bedroom alcove. I've had to contact them on two occasions due to missing items. The first missing item I noticed was an internal shelf and then I realised that the feet for the base of the sliding doors were also missing. I've now built the main carcass only to discover that the top brace for the sliding door doesn't fit between the wardrobe ceiling despite the fact I gave exact measurements of floor to ceiling. Hi I am not here to rate them But I am asking you all , Have they demanded whole price from you even before giving you a fitting date ? I already paid 552£ but now they are asking for whole price to b paid before even they start preparing, sounds fishy to me .. unless everyone else has different experience
Avoid like the plague! Every item delivered was loose with no protection meaning the products themselves were damaged and dirty. They add a large margin on top of the fitting cost, of which the first fitter who came was so bad they had to send out another to redo the whole project! The products provided broke as the first fitter was showing us the finished product and didnt even clean up after himself, left sawdust and debris everywhere. They spend a lot of time with you going through design briefs, only to ramp the cost up ... read more

Id like to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with the extremely poor service I have received from your company regarding my recent order, which remains incomplete and has caused both damage to my property and significant inconvenience to my family.
