Absolute worst customer service, would give 0 stars if possible. Left my wardrobe with massive holes in them and covered them with stickers, when asked to fixed first was very rude and said it is supposed to be like this. Then has been saying for over a week now they will come to replace the damaged board but comes up with a new excuse everyday. Stay away from this company, definitely do NOT recommend. Better off going to ikea at least then you know they will replace any damaged goods for free!
LHR fitted furniture came to install 2 sets of fitted wardrobes in our bedrooms. They travelled all the way from London for each visit and they really worked so hard. The wardrobes are beautiful, such a high quality finish. Their prices are also much better than any high street store, and the work is fully custom to your space. Can’t recommend them enough :)
