The best place to motivate your body! !
The gym and instructors itself are wonderful and a great price! The management and owners are terrible! I've been apart of the gym for a year now and we have asked the management/owners to fix the AC in the spin room. Nothing has been done!!!!! It shouldn't take a year to get back to multiple requests, on if you can or can't fix it. The room is seriously hotter than hot yoga. Medically it isn't safe for people to do high cardio in high heat within a confined area. There are also heat regulation for spin and I know they aren'... read more
