I am back! Why? Because Kathy Vail is an Instructor at this gym. Kathy's Kickboxing Rip classes are incredibly challenging; yet, one is motivated to do the max with her friendly coaxing. I will be taking her "Total Body Burn" class on Fridays, which has been reputed to be an intense workout..."just a bit scared".
Classes are canceled or changed without any notice, sound system in class room is terrible and seems the air conditioning problem has yet to be fixed. I will say its a very clean gym and the staff is very friendly so are the other members.

Very nice time at the kid's birthday party held at the gym today! Great job and the kids had a blast! The staff was very attentive.
