I love coming here! I have enjoyed trying different equipment and the various classes. The staff is very helpful and the teachers for the classes are amazing.
My son's membership expired, so they close the door for him to enter until pay first. So I called them to pay with my credit card, but they can't. I told them again I will pay this afternoon, please let my son to enter. A guy in front desk says no!!! it is our policy. Do you understand their policy? So my son feels very upset and give up his today activity, and went back a home through walked in 30 min. All happen in Palisades park branch.
