I've been going to fitness factory for years, I love this gym
I found the gym to be very welcoming to new members. Staff is friendly and ready to answer any questions. I don't feel intimidated at all. There is a variety of people of different ages using the gym. As a working mom, I can leave my kids in the play area and work out worry free. The gym is always clean. I had a training session with Mike Khoury and he was fun and very encouraging.
Great gym . Only problem is they ask you to wipe down the machines when you are done but most of the time there are no paper towels in the dispensers or no cleaning spray. Other than that it's awesome.
I have only been at the Fitness Factory one time so far. I liked the fact that everyone, employees and patrons, were so friendly and helpful. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the facility as well. All the machines were in working order, which is a plus. I am looking forward to my next visit!
