I am back! Why? Because Kathy Vail is an Instructor at this gym. Kathy's Kickboxing Rip classes are incredibly challenging; yet, one is motivated to do the max with her friendly coaxing. I will be taking her "Total Body Burn" class on Fridays, which has been reputed to be an intense workout..."just a bit scared".

Very nice time at the kid's birthday party held at the gym today! Great job and the kids had a blast! The staff was very attentive.
