I love that they offer XGT! It great being able to get the most out of my hour at the gym with the XGT classes! And Jen is an amazing trainer, always helping me push myself and keeping me going!
Fitness Factory is design to accommodate almost every workout - Powerlifting, machines, spinning and crossfit equipment is available. The staff is friendly and accommodating.
I would like to know what working professional can make it to a 5:30 class? The majority of classes are at 5:39 or 6:00. I guess perhaps contractors and manicurists.
I like the fact that they have started renovating the gym. It's starting to look cleaner and they are also paying more attention to their equipment. Maybe now I can give up my other gym membership. Staff is great though!!
