I am diabetic...I had a Marshmellow brownie shake today for my lunch.. I took my blood sugar before I drank it...it was 148...and an hour after It was only 159...I think this is a good drink for diabetics..to replace a meal...just wanted to share..Aunt Kay
I stopped today and tried a lemon shake. Wow. Grabbed one to go for my husband. He loved it. Ready to try more. Clean, friendly. Definitely a good place for good healthy drinks.
