Being a ‘mature’ person I did have some concerns about my physical abilities. However, the whole programme is focused on what you can do as an individual, and this was regularly reinforced, so the goals and challenges are more about improving your own fitness. The team were all fabulous and we receive ongoing support from them as well as the other participants. Don’t hesitate, - give it a go!
The perfect combination of healthy diet and fitness in a secure, fun and relaxed atmosphere with the emphasis on realistic ways and methods to continue the progress at home My self-confidence, energy and positivity levels are through the roof and I am determined not to let anyone or anything get in the way again. Thank you Stephen, Jane and Dave for a fabulous and FUNTASTIC reboot I feel fab, not flab. I can be the ME I want to be!
An amazing experience! I met some really great people , everyone was so welcoming and friendly. All the staff were knowledgable and extremely helpful. I’m amazed at the difference in my physical and mental health in such a short space of time. This experience has definitely motivated me to stay positive and continue the healthy lifestyle. I would highly recommend this for anyone looking to get fit, make friends and learn more about yourself. I’ll be signing up again in the future no doubt!
It is difficult to use words to properly describe my week with FitFarms in Norfolk. For me it was such a special week, not just for the fat loss and my reduction in size, for the relaxing sociable environment, for the Low Intensity Steady State (Green) exercises, Yoga, and Pilates, and even the High Impact Interval Training (Red) !
