Quality products, perfect customer service. Responded to email on Sunday, received replacement on Tues - one tiny part missing from product (it happens), received an entire replacement product. Couldn't fault them. Tomasz was great, will definitely use again.
I'm getting too old to crawl on the floor to get pans etc out of kitchen cupboards. I cannot afford to totally re-equip the kitchen so I am using Fiteo Ultra Slim AXIS PRO Soft Close kitchen drawer box system to convert some of the cupboards to drawers. So far I have installed 8 drawers. The kits are great and easy to fit. You need to choose the depth (ie. of your cupboard) and the height of the drawer. I ordered 8 drawer systems from Fiteo in May 2023 which were easy to order and came promptly. Unfortunately, just after Christmas one of the drawers developed a fault. I wrote to Fiteo on New Year’s Eve (not expecting a reply until sometime in January). I was wrong I received an email New Years Day apologising for the issue. After sending over a photo of the issue I received an email straightaway stating they were dispatching a new part and the manufacturer was contacted telling them the fault.
