I would like to make a formal complaint. On the 25th of July I came to the company for a collection. My collection was for 3 am. in the morning, but because I arrived earlier, one of the gyus said that it's not a problem if he loaded me even earlier. So I moved my van to be loaded, and one of the staff ( i am not sure if he was a supervisor or a manager)came to me and started to behave really badly.
