I highly recommend Eva at Fit For Life NI. She is a true professional who did her very best for me. She is courteous, trusting and a pleasure to be around. Thankyou Eva for all that you did for me. I will definitely miss our physio sessions.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Matthew Ferguson for learning about nutrition, and making informed and balanced food choices. I started my journey on improving my mental health a few years ago, but found my physical health not keeping up. Over the 8 weeks with Matthew, he supported me with forming good habits, understanding and creating a positive relationship with food; and was eager to implement and advise any changes for my personal needs. Supportive, accomodating and very friendly. Would highly recommend!

I saw Matthew for 8 weeks for nutrition and weight loss help. He was an immeasurable help, extremely supportive, and knowledgeable and on hand to answer any questions I had about nutrition, weight loss, and exercise. He helped me implement slow, habit-forming changes to my daily nutrition, worked towards repairing my relationship with food, and I learnt so much more about nutrition than I knew beforehand. I would highly recommend him to others seeking the same help!
