Excellent communication from the initial enquiry. All relevant information sent as a matter of course. The level of efficiency didn’t stop there and Kate was very helpful when assisting my daughter she definitely went above and beyond nothing was too much trouble. The medical staff were excellent and very professional in carrying out the relevant processes. Would definitely recommend Fit2Fly we will certainly use them again.
I called up about a renewal, they got me in very quickly and they were very professional, pleasant and polite. I will be back for my next medical 👍...keep up the good work.
Awful. After a complication, was left for months after month without any communication about how the medical could be progressed, or not. Just, 'we will do something soon' time after time despite efforts to offer more info, pay extra fee's etc. I don't think that getting some kind of conclusion is too much to ask after paying for a professional service. After about a year, I have given up and re started the process elsewhere.
