Joining Mandy's aquanatal class was the best thing I could have done during my pregnancy. I cannot recommend it highly enough. It was so much more than just pregnancy swimming (which was wonderful in itself to bob around weightless when you are the size of a hippo). I also did Mandy's free Positive Birth Movement class, had a pregnancy massage with her and did baby massage and buggy fit afterwards (as well as a first time mums class that sadly closed due to funding cuts). Mandy is incredibly experienced, friendly and flexible. She’s provided fantastic pre and post natal massage for myself and husband in her home and ours and I’m looking forward to attending her discussion, baby massage and buggy fit groups over the coming months!
