We recently bought a used car from Fiskens and received the best service we could have asked for. Nothing was too much to ask and Paul treated us like we could have been buying a brand new one! A very good experience with this company. My Kia Sportage had a concentric clutch slave cylinder failure (requires gearbox out to do this - not great design Kia!) It is still in warranty, so Fiskins recovered the vehicle, confirmed it was a warranty repair in a timely manner, and then repaired my vehicle. All with a minimal of fuss, and within a good timescale. I must complement Joanne from the Service Deptartment, who kept me updated on the repair without needing prompting! A rare thing these days. Superb service from friendly staff and a stunning showroom. Greeted immediately on arrival, offered tea or coffee and car taken straight in. Constantly kept informed during works and bill was great value. Thank you all.
