I had an amazing experience at this practice. I am involved in animal rescue and use a number of vets. My 6 year old rescue dog is fearless aggressive (I was dreading my vet visit) but Jen the vet was so calming and encouraging. She needs to loose some weight and Jen talked me through it without trying to sell me expensive diet food which is the usual route . Really a first class experience .
Terrible customer service! They canceled my appointment due to an emergency and never rescheduled despite my attempts. On top of that, I was charged an extra 20% for a visit I never had. Very disappointing!
We were referred here from our usual vets as our dog needed an echocardiogram. Everyone is so lovely! Our vet was so informative and understanding and she was so wonderful with our wee dog. Honestly I could not recommend enough. They treat you and your pet with compassion and respect. Thank you for everything.
